Navigation as if you press the sign which looks like a equal sign it is bland as it only shows his videos and who you can contact.

A social media convention is brand identity as on his website you can see his trademark logo at the top left of the screen and on the bottom right it also includes his signature. Another is images and video as when you navigate it it shows a video Work out with Marcus.

I think the Marcus Rashford brand is personal as he is introducing different genres into his brand such as being a Footballer,Campainer and activist. Also i think it is also a brand which targets the working class as he is from the same background and can relate to people having to survive off Eating Free school meals.


  1. What things about him does the on-line presence emphasise?

It emphasises his working class background and on his website tells us about his Journey to fame and stardom. Another is his mum as he said that all the things that he does now was created by his Mum and sites her as a big inspiration and role model.

  1. Using the below, write a paragraph on how Marcus Rashford is represented in terms of his class, age, gender OR ethnicity. 

He is represented in terms of class as he was brought up with 4 siblings including himself and had a single mother who worked so hard for him to get into football. Another example is that he came from a poor  working class family and had to rely on free school meals for his daily dose of food as often he mother couldn't afford to put a plate full of food for his family.
