1) How is CLASS a hybrid (mix) of teenage drama and Science Fiction genre?

It is obviously a teen drama because the characters are teenagers and mostly marketed towards teenagers.and the narrative features issues such as relationship with each other and strained relationships such as April and her dad.It is obviously science fiction genre because there are props such as spaceships and it is set in a different kingdom.There are settings such as a school and a house.There are characters such as Corakinus who is a alien. and Charlie and Miss Quill who are alien but put in Human form.

Todorov's theory of equilibrium apply s to Co-owner of a Lonely Heart as at the start it is normal with Tanya helping Ram with his homework. but then a tear comes through the school and the alien comes and make April share her heat with corakinus.

 3) Applying Propp's character theory, what character roles do each of the main characters in Class fit into?

it fits into hero because most of the characters save each other and charlie is a mix between a hero and a villain and miss quill is the same as charlie

 4) What enigma and action codes (Barthes) can you find in Co-owner of a Lonely Heart?

April almost kills her dad. Ram and April sleep together. Aprils mum stands up so this tells us that she is trying to learn on how to walk again

1) How is gender represented in Class - Co-owner of a Lonely Heart?

Gender is represented as a Boy and a Girl sleep with each other and that a boy and a girl are in a relationship.

2) How is age (e.g. teenagers; older people like teachers or parents) represented in Class - Co-owner of a Lonely Heart?

Age is represented in class as Tanya is 15 and the rest of the characters are 17 so that means that Tanya is smart because she is supposed to be in year 10 but because of her grades she moved up to six form (Year12-Year13).

Race is represented in Class as there is an ensemble cast and most of the characters are from different backgrounds such as Nigerian Asian and also White. Also the characters are from India,Nigeria and England.

Sexuality is represented in class as there are many relationships such as Ram and April and Charlie and the other boy,.

5) How is disability represented in Class - Co-owner of a Lonely Heart?

Disability is Represented in Class as Aprils Mum is the only one who is in a wheelchair and for disabled people they at least have some part in a TV show and they have some hope for the future that more Disabled people are in more TV shows.
